Healthy Decisions I Made Last Week:
I read my daily pep talk to myself each morning.
I stretched it out, yoga style. Just about every morning after I woke up and every evening before bed.
I shared my jelly beans.
I took 30 minutes to read a book before diving into my to do list Saturday.
I avoided excess time on a computer this weekend after spending 75+ hours at the office last week.
