Sometimes, life just gets stressful.
We can remember the little things.
We can look on the bright side.
We can keep our heads up.
We can pray all the live long day.
We can spread kindness to those around us.
We can focus on the here and now; to be and not to do.
Sometimes the answer is silence.
Sometimes writing sets you free.
Sometimes it’s a really great slice of pizza or a fantastic glass of wine.
Sometimes a call placed to your best friend to vent saves the day.
Sometimes you simply need alone time.
Sometimes there is no answer at all, and that’s just okay, too.
TJI: You can have a bad day. It doesn’t make you a bad person. It just makes you human.
If you need to take a “bad day” – take it.
Declare, “Tomorrow will be better!” and allow yourself to sulk.
Cancel your meeting and lock yourself in your office.
Go home from work early and don’t tell a soul.
Just do it for you. You deserve a break today.
Eat ice cream for dinner or take a long nap.
Do what you need to do to assure that tomorrow will be the best day of the year.
Sometimes we need to sacrafice today to make way for a bright tomorrow.
